Welcome to Shuraka Training Center. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all training programs, workshops, and digital content provided by Shuraka Training Center. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Full payment or a formal corporate purchase order is required to secure your seat in any training program.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
We aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process. Our refund policy varies based on the type of training:
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access to intellectual property, no refunds will be issued for pre-recorded or e-learning courses once access has been granted.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
100% Refund: If cancelled 21 days or more before the activity start date.
50% Refund: If cancelled between 14 and 20 days before the activity start date.
No Refund: If cancelled less than 14 days before the activity start date or in the case of a "no-show."
By the Client: If you wish to postpone your attendance, the request must be made at least 14 days in advance. Fees may be transferred to a future session at our discretion.
By Shuraka Training Center: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure). In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.
All training materials, including slides, handbooks, videos, and digital content, are the sole property of Shuraka Training Center. Participants are granted a personal license to use these materials for learning purposes only. You may not copy, record, share, or redistribute any materials without written consent.
Participants are expected to behave professionally during in-person and virtual sessions. Shuraka Training Center reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or fails to comply with safety protocols without a refund.
Shuraka Training Center is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our training services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the course fee paid by the participant.
Shuraka Training Center shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions).
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
